Charge point operator Believ is pleased to announce that David Bagwell, Senior Business Development Manager, will take on the role of Chair for the EV Connect group at the British Parking Association (BPA), effective July 1st, 2025.
David’s appointment comes at a pivotal time for the electric vehicle (EV) industry, as the sector experiences rapid growth and rising demand for accessible, sustainable mobility solutions. His extensive experience in the development of public EV charging infratructure, both at Believ and in previous roles, positions him to help lead the industry forward during this crucial period.As Chair, David will work closely with the group to continue fostering collaboration, sharing best practices, and driving forward the future of EV infrastructure.
