For leasehold sites, Believ fully-fund the turnkey design, supply, installation and operation of electric vehicle charge points providing a comprehensive solution to landowners who are looking to profitably future-proof their assets and align their land with sustainability initiatives.
Our in-house property, planning and legal experts provide bespoke solutions which are tailored to the specific needs of you and your property. Believ will oversee all logistical aspects of the process, providing flexible lease agreements to accommodate your requirements.
We supply all speeds of charging infrastructure and plan for scalability to be ahead of the demand curve with a guarantee that it will be seamlessly integrated into your property.
What we’re looking for
We are interested in both freehold and long leasehold land opportunities. An ideal site for us would meet the below criteria:
- Site between 0.2 – 1.5 acres
- Freehold purchase or long leasehold
- Average daily traffic volumes of a minimum of 15,000 vehicles per day
- Located on or near a main road/highway
- Favourable access & egress
- Stand alone or co-locate with other uses, e.g. Drive-Thrus.
