Charge point reliability
At Believ, we are dedicated to keeping our charge point network live and running as much as possible. The reliability of our rapid charge point network has been 98.4% during the 2025 calendar year and this has been reported to The Office for Product Safety and Standards in line with our obligations under the Public Charge Point Regulations 2023.
Maintaining a large, and growing, charge point network has it’s challenges. We are proud of our programme of maintenance, uptime analysis and process review to ensure that we continually learn and improve how we support our customers and keep our network available. We are confident we will be able to report even higher uptime figures going forward.
