Winter Warmer Terms & Conditions

1 – background

1.1 The Winter Warmer Special Offer (the “Offer”) is made by Liberty Charge Limited (trading as Believ), Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, London, United Kingdom, W6 8BS Company Number 12231122 (“Believ”).

1.2 Capitalised terms used in this Offer have the same meaning as in the Believ Customer Terms & Conditions available at https://www.believ.com/terms-conditions/.

2 – the offer

1 Our Services

2.1 The Offer is available from 23:00 on the 8 January 2024 and until 05:00 on the 8 February 2024 (the “Offer Period”).

2.2 The Offer is an incentive in the form of Charging Credits based on the pence per kWh rate of electricity used during a charging session or charging sessions and paid for by an Eligible Account Holder, each charging session must:

a)be conducted during the Offer Period; and

b) have a charging start time between the hours of 23:00 and 04:59 during the Offer Period

(an “Eligible Charging Session”). 

2.3 To be eligible for the Offer during the Offer Period you need to be:

a) an Account Holder; and

b) have paid at least £5.00 on Eligible Charging Sessions (excluding Subscription Charges)

(an “Eligible Account Holder”). 

2.4 For the avoidance of doubt:

a) charging sessions commencing after 05:00 and before 23:00 are not eligible for this Offer;

b) in the event the Account Holder has multiple accounts each account must meet the eligibility criteria as set out in Clauses 2.2 and 2.3; and

c)  charging sessions conducted via a Third Party Provider will not be eligible for this Offer.

3 – how to take part

3.1 Eligible Account Holders are automatically enrolled.

4 – the offer

4.1 The charging credit shall be a credit available to the primary Eligible Account Holder which is an amount equivalent to the minimum of 25% of the Eligible Charging Sessions (the “Charging Credit”).

5 – claiming the charging benefit

5.1 Believ may take up to 30 days to apply Charging Credits to an Eligible Account Holder account.

5.2 Charging Credits may not be combined between Eligible Account Holders accounts.

5.3 Charging Credits will automatically be applied to any future charging sessions completed until such 5.4 time as the charging credits are exhausted, or by 00:00 1 July 2024, whichever is the earlier. 

5.5 Charging Credits awarded under this Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.6 Charging Credits are not negotiable or transferable.

5.7 Charging Credits cannot be applied to future Subscription Charges.

6 – limitation of liability

6.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, Believ, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate an Account Holder, or accept any liability whatsoever, under these terms and conditions.

6.2 Nothing in clause 6.1 above limits an Account Holder’s statutory rights.

7 – general

7.1 Believ reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Offer (in whole or in part), at its sole discretion.

7.2 All times referenced in this Offer are in GMT.

7.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7.4 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
